Directions

    Heat oil in a wok.

    Add finely chopped red Thai chillies.

    Add finely chopped garlic cloves.

    Cook for 2-3 minutes.

    Add chicken thigh fillets.

    Cook for 5 minutes over a high flame.

    Add light soy sauce.

    Add dark soy sauce.

    Add oyster sauce.

    Coat the chicken pieces well.

    Cook for 2-3 minutes over a high flame.

    Add sugar.

    Mix well and switch off the flame.

    Add Holy/Thai/Italian basil leaves.
