Directions

    Cream the cream cheese until smooth.

    Add egg yolks and mix well.

    Add the egg and mix well.

    Pour in the whipping cream and whisk until smooth.

    Pour the mixture into a baking pan.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 30 minutes.

    After it’s done baking, slightly open the oven and leave the cheesecake to cool down in the oven for 15 minutes.
