Directions

    Add 40 grams of flour, 40 grams of water and a tiny bit of honey to a clean jar.

    Mix and put the lid on but not too tight.

    Leave it for 24 hours in a warm place.

    The next day, add 40 grams of flour, 40 grams of water and a tiny bit of honey to the jar.

  5. 5.

    Mix it all together and leave it for another 24 hours.

  6. 6.

    The next day, give it a mix and leave it for 24 hours again.

  7. 7.

    Take about half out of the jar.

  8. 8.

    Feed what's left in the jar with 40 grams of flour, 40 grams of water.

  9. 9.

    You can leave the honey out now.

  10. 10.

    Keep taking half hour and feeding it with flour and water once a day until it rises and gets bubbly after you feed it.
