Directions

    Marinate chicken thighs with scotch bonnet pepper, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, thyme, scallions, ginger, and oil.

    Grill the marinated chicken thighs in a grill pan until golden brown.

    In a pan, sauté minced garlic and scotch bonnet pepper in oil.

    Add brown sugar, soy sauce, and honey to the pan and stir.

    Add water and lemon juice to the pan, stir well and bring to a simmer.

    Add the grilled chicken thighs to the sauce and simmer until cooked through.

    Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
