Directions

    Marinate chicken thighs in soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, cooking wine, and brown sugar for 30 minutes.

    Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer and pour leftover marinade over it.

    Cook at 375 degrees for 12 minutes.

    Slice the chicken and place it on a fresh bowl of rice.

    Serve with steamed greens (optional) and garnish with sesame seeds and scallions (optional).
