    Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Blend cottage cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder until smooth.

    Spread the mixture into an 8”x10” rectangle on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

    Bake for 30 minutes, or until lightly browned.

    Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the parchment paper.
