Directions

    Add all ingredients into the slow cooker and mix together.

    Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-7 hours.

    30 minutes before serving, add the cornflour mixture.

    Ten minutes before serving, add the natural yoghurt.

    Garnish with flaked almonds, chopped fresh coriander, and sultanas.

Ingredients

  • 600 g chicken thighs
  • 1 large, chopped onions
  • 1 tbsp, minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp, minced ginger
  • 3 tbsp korma paste
  • 400 ml full fat coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp ground almonds
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 50 ml chicken stock cube
  • 1 tbsp, mixed with 2 tbsp water cornflour
  • 2 tbsp natural yoghurt
  • flaked almonds
  • fresh coriander
  • 1 tbsp sultanas
