Add all ingredients into the slow cooker and mix together.

Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-7 hours.

30 minutes before serving, add the cornflour mixture.

Ingredients
600 g chicken thighs
1 large, chopped onions
1 tbsp, minced garlic
1 tbsp, minced ginger
3 tbsp korma paste
400 ml full fat coconut milk
2 tbsp ground almonds
1 tbsp tomato puree
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp chilli powder
50 ml chicken stock cube
1 tbsp, mixed with 2 tbsp water cornflour
2 tbsp natural yoghurt
0 flaked almonds
0 fresh coriander
1 tbsp sultanas
