Boursin Tomato Pasta with Salmon
Directions
- 1Add a block of boursin cheese to a deep pan, drizzle olive oil, add salmon, spinach, tomatoes, garlic, and capers.
- 2Sprinkle salt and pepper over the ingredients.
- 3Bake in the oven while you boil pasta.
- 4Combine all pan ingredients to make a sauce and flake the salmon.
- 5Add lemon juice and parmesan cheese.
- 6Fold in the pasta and serve.

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 pinch salt
