Soft and fluffy banana bread cookies
Directions
- 1Preheat your oven to 350F.
- 2Cream butter and sugars together on low for 2 minutes.
- 3Add in egg, banana, and vanilla; combine on low speed for another 2 minutes.
- 4Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt; fold to combine.
- 5Add chocolate chips and fold until combined.
- 6Scoop onto a lined baking sheet.
- 7Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes.

- 1 ripe banana

- 1.5 cup flour

- 1 cup chocolate chips
