Fudgy Brownies
Directions
- 1Melt chocolate and butter together and let that cool on the side.
- 2Grab sugar, brown sugar, eggs and beat that together until pale and fluffy.
- 3Add vanilla and salt, then all the chocolate.
- 4Add cocoa powder and flour and gently fold that in.
- 5Add nuts and chocolate chips (optional) to the mixture
- 6Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 30 minutes.
- 7Let it cool completely before cutting.

- 0.5 cup sugar
- 0.5 cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
- 0.25 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup chocolate chips
