Grab your chicken breast and season it with chilli powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano.

Add cooking oil spray and air fry or pan fry the chicken according to the settings shown on the screen.

In a blender cup, add low-fat cottage cheese, ranch seasoning, chipotle sauce, lime juice, diced garlic, and light mayo.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Dice the cooked chicken and add it to a big bowl with the blended sauce.

Add light mozzarella, cooked and diced bacon, and chives, then mix until well combined.

Grab a warm tortilla, add some cooked white rice with cilantro, evenly distribute the filling, and add some more chives.
