    Add 2 cups of oil to a pan and heat it up.

    Add a few handfuls of chiles adobo and fry for a few seconds until they turn almost black.

    Add three garlic cloves to the pan and fry them as well.

    Remove the chiles and garlic from the pan and put them into a blender cup.

    Fry one tortilla until it gets golden brown.

    Add the tortilla and a pinch of salt to the blender cup.

    Let the oil cool down for about an hour.

    Add the cooled oil to the blender cup.

    Blend until there are no chunks.

    Add the mixture to a container and store it in the fridge.
