Directions

    Slice onions thinly.

    In a hot pan, melt butter and add onions. Stir frequently until caramelized.

    In a bowl, add caramelized onions, olive oil, egg yolks, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper. Blend until smooth.

    Add about a cup of water throughout the blending process to thin the sauce.

    Boil pasta al dente.

    Add the pasta directly from the pot to the pan with the sauce.

    Mix well. Garnish with fresh parsley.
