Directions

    Marinate wings with Kewpie mayo, baking powder, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Marinate for at least one hour, or overnight.

    In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, gochujang, and minced garlic. Simmer until the sauce has reduced by 1/3.

    In a bowl, combine Kewpie mayo, buttermilk, sour cream, chives, dill, rice vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate.

    Preheat air fryer to 350°F. Air fry wings for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.

    Increase air fryer temperature to 400°F and air fry for another 5 minutes to crisp the wings.

    Toss the cooked wings in the prepared sauce and garnish with chives.

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 0.2 cup Kewpie Mayo
  • 0.3 cup buttermilk
  • 0.3 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 0.5 tbsp fresh dill
  • 0.5 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 0.2 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.2 tsp onion powder
  • 0.2 tsp kosher salt
  • 0.1 tsp black pepper
