    Combine dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, honey, and onion powder in a bowl.

    Add chicken to the bowl and marinate for 15 minutes.

    Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet sprayed with oil and bake at 400°F for 10 minutes.

    Chop the chicken into slices.

    Place rice on a platter, followed by the chicken, lettuce, scallions, and Korean soybean paste.

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1/2 bunch green leaf lettuce
  • 1 handful scallions
  • 2 cups white rice
  • 1 tbsp Korean soybean paste (ssamjang)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp furikake
