    Start off with a cup of crushed pork rinds in a bowl with two eggs, a little bit of baking soda and some salt. Mix until you get a good consistency.

    Drop some butter in a cast iron skillet and put down your biscuits.

    Flip the biscuits after about three minutes.

  4. 4.

    Put your sausage in the cast iron skillet along with a cup of heavy cream.

    Put about a quarter block of cream cheese in to thicken it up.

  6. 6.

    Hit that with a bunch of black pepper.

    Top the biscuits with the sausage gravy.
