1Chop the cucumber, bell peppers, and red onion using a veggie chopper.
2Add the chopped vegetables to a large bowl.
3Cook the pasta according to the package directions and set aside to cool.
4Add the cooled pasta, chickpeas, cheese, mayo, vinegar, pickle juice, yogurt, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, dried dill, salt and pepper to the bowl.
5Toss everything together until well combined. Adjust seasonings to your liking.
