Directions

    Chop the cucumber, bell peppers, and red onion using a veggie chopper.

    Add the chopped vegetables to a large bowl.

    Cook the pasta according to the package directions and set aside to cool.

    Add the cooled pasta, chickpeas, cheese, mayo, vinegar, pickle juice, yogurt, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, dried dill, salt and pepper to the bowl.

    Toss everything together until well combined. Adjust seasonings to your liking.

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
