    In a mixing bowl, add yeast and water, stir. Add flour, salt and olive oil. Knead into a non-sticky dough.

    Cover and let rest for 1 hour.

    Meanwhile, in a food processor, mix tofu, onion, tomatoes, peppers, garlic, parsley, tomato paste, pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and olive oil until spreadable.

    Preheat oven to 250°C/480°F.

    Divide dough into 8 pieces, shape into balls, and roll out.

    Place dough on baking paper, spread the mixture on top.

    Bake for 5 minutes.

  • 300 g tofu
  • 1 onion
  • 2 medium sized tomatoes
  • 2 Sivri Pepper (Biber)
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 handful parsley
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp sweet red pepper flakes
  • 1 salt & pepper
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
