1Cut up chicken and season with seasoning, salt, and pepper.
2In a bowl, mix 2 cups of water, 1 cup of soy sauce, 1 cup of packed brown sugar, 1/2 cup of apple juice, 1 tbsp of ketchup, 1 tbsp of minced garlic, 2 tsp of ground ginger, red pepper flakes, and 1 tbsp of cornstarch.
