Directions

    Add three bananas cut into slices, an egg, a spoonful of sugar, a spoonful of oil, a spoonful of butter, 200 ml of milk, and a 10 g packet of dry yeast into a blender.

    Blend for approximately two minutes.

    Transfer the mixture to a bowl.

    Add a spoonful of banana essence and mix well.

    Add 500 g of wheat flour and mix until a smooth dough forms.

    Knead the dough for 10 minutes on a floured surface.

    Place the dough in a lightly floured bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rest for 30 minutes.

    Remove the air from the dough.

    Roll out the dough on a floured surface.

    Roll the dough into a log shape.

    Cut the log into pieces about the thickness of three fingers.

    Place the dough pieces in a buttered pan.

    Brush with a little milk, cover, and let rest for 20 minutes.

    Brush with egg yolk.

    Bake at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes.
