Directions

    Toss boneless skinless chicken thighs in slow cooker.

    Add soy sauce, dark soy sauce, honey, mirin, ginger, garlic, and cornstarch slurry to the slow cooker.

    Cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 5+ hours until chicken is cooked through.
