    Butterfly and season the chicken with blackened seasoning.

    Mix together the harissa yogurt sauce with greek yogurt, harissa, parsley and dill.

    Drain the tomatoes of excess juices and bathe your onions in water.

    Mix together all the couscous ingredients.

    Sear the chicken until the spices become caramelized and charred. Add some harissa and cover the pan to keep the juiciness in the chicken.

  • 1 handful dill
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 handful feta cheese
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 avocado
