    Hydrate bread crumbs with cream and soy sauce.

    In a large bowl, mix beef, sautéed onions, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Add one egg and mix well.

    Form the mixture into 8 patties and cook in a pan with oil and butter until brown on both sides.

    Prepare a pan sauce by adding the remaining sautéed onions and cream to the pan drippings.

    Serve the patties with boiled potatoes, pickled cucumbers, and peas. Drizzle the pan sauce over the patties.
