High Protein Honey Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese

Directions

    Grab your diced chicken breast and season it with salt, paprika, onion powder and garlic powder. Mix it and set it aside.

    In a blender cup, add low fat cottage cheese, light cream cheese, cheddar cheese, low fat milk and buffalo sauce. Blend for two minutes until smooth and creamy.

    Cook the chicken on medium heat for 8-10 minutes. While the chicken is cooking, start cooking your pasta.

    Once the chicken is cooked and crispy, turn off the heat and add buffalo sauce with honey. Mix it together.

    Mix together the cooked and drained pasta with the creamy cheese sauce.

    Divide the mac and cheese with the honey buffalo chicken into four equal servings.

  • 320 g macaroni or elbow pasta
  • 1 Tbsp buffalo sauce
  • 1 Tbsp honey
