    Prep veggies: Chop the onion into large chunks, and chop the bell peppers into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger.

    Marinate the steak: In a bowl, combine the ribeye steak with oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, soy sauce, black pepper, and baking soda. Mix well and set aside.
