    Dice green onions, red peppers, and green peppers.

    Boil eggs for 6 minutes, then immediately put them in cold water.

    Peel the eggs under water.

    Combine soy sauce, water, honey, mirin, minced garlic, sesame oil, diced green onions, diced red and green peppers, and sesame seeds in a bowl.
