    Start by sautéing some onion and garlic in a pot.

    Add chicken bouillon, mushrooms and bok choy to the broth.

    Add the low carb noodles to the pot.

    In a separate bowl, whisk together one egg, mayonnaise and chili oil.

    Pour the egg mixture into the pot with the noodles.

    Serve the noodles in a bowl. Add the tonkatsu broth, medium boiled egg, pork belly, green onion and chili oil.
