Directions

    Roast 3 orange bell peppers and 2 onions at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

    Add 32oz diced chicken breast, salt, pepper, garlic, 100g buffalo sauce, 30g Worcestershire sauce, and 18g chicken bouillon to a slow cooker.

    Toss in the roasted veggies and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 3-4 hours.

    Break apart the cooked chicken using tongs.

    Pour in 672g pasta (cooked to 50%).

    Pour over the blended buffalo cheese sauce (recipe shown on screen).

    Cover and cook for another 20-30 minutes.

    Bake 18 slices of center cut bacon on a foil-lined baking sheet at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

    Add chopped chives and crumbled bacon to the mac and cheese. Mix well.
