Directions

    Blend leftover rice with water, eggs, and cheese until it becomes a paste-like consistency.

    Pour the mixture into a baking dish with oil on the bottom and top, then bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

    Meanwhile, in a hot pan, brown some diced chicken breast.

    Add white onion, green onion and season.

    Add tomato puree and cook for 10-15 minutes until ready.

    Once the rice pizza base is done and super crispy, top it with the cooked chicken, plenty of mozzarella cheese and broil to melt the cheese.

    Garnish with green onions and serve.
