Directions

    Mix all ingredients until dry bits are absorbed.

    Cover and let it double in size (about 1 hour).

    Preheat oven to 230°C/450°F for 30 minutes with a baking tray and metal bowl inside.

    Remove dough to a floured surface; form a ball, then place it on parchment paper.

    Transfer to the hot baking tray and cover with the hot metal bowl.

  6. 6.

    Bake at 230°C/450°F for 30 minutes. Remove the cover and bake at 220°C/430°F for 10-15 more minutes.

    Remove from oven and let cool.
