Place the New York strip in ranch dressing, ensuring it's fully submerged.

Refrigerate the steak for 24 hours to marinate.

After 24 hours, remove the steak from the ranch dressing.

Pat the steak dry with a paper towel.

Preheat a cast iron pan to a medium temperature.

Season one side of the steak with Primo Dan-O's seasoning (silver top) and then with Original Dan-O's seasoning (blue top).

Pat the seasoning into the steak.

Add a quarter stick of Kerrygold butter to the preheated pan.

Add grapeseed oil to the pan with the butter.

Place the steak, seasoned side down, into the pan.

Season the other side of the steak with Primo Dan-O's seasoning and then with Original Dan-O's seasoning while it cooks.

Flip the steak after approximately three minutes.

Flip the steak again after another three minutes.

Turn the heat down to low and continue simmering.

Flip the steak after another two minutes.

Check the internal temperature of the steak with a thermometer.

Remove the steak from the pan and place it on a cutting board.

Place small pieces of Kerrygold butter on top of the steak.

Cover the steak tightly with aluminum foil.

Let the steak rest for 20 minutes.

Remove the foil after resting.

Give the steak one last light sprinkle of Primo Dan-O's seasoning and Original Dan-O's seasoning.

Cut the steak down the middle.

Slice the steak into serving pieces.

Taste the ranch-marinated steak.
