Directions

    Roast three heads of garlic for 45 minutes.

    Dice an onion roughly.

    Slice a leek.

    Peel and chop two to three potatoes.

    Sauté onions and leeks in olive oil.

    Add potatoes and roasted garlic.

    Deglaze with white wine.

    Add chicken stock and simmer.

    Blend until smooth.

    Add double cream and parsley.

    Serve with croutons.
