Directions

    Boil pasta in water with chicken bouillon powder.

    Shred mild cheddar, white cheddar, and Colby Jack cheese.

    In a large bowl, combine melted butter, milk, heavy whipping cream, and eggs. Whisk together.

    Drain cooked pasta and add to the custard mixture.

    Add 80-90% of the shredded cheese to the pasta mixture. Stir in sour cream, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

    Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.

    Pour the macaroni and cheese mixture into the prepared casserole dish.

    Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
