Ice Cream Buttercream
Directions
- 1In a stand mixer bowl, combine 170 grams of pasteurized egg whites and 680 grams of powdered sugar.
- 2Add a pinch of salt.
- 3Add a small amount of gel food color.
- 4Beat for 20-30 minutes until fluffy.
- 5Add 1 cup of room temperature butter and mix well.
- 6Add a small amount of vanilla extract.
- 7Mix until smooth and creamy.
