    Slice chicken thighs into half-inch chunks.

    Place chicken in air fryer, spray with oil, and cook at 375 degrees for 18–20 minutes.

    Combine dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, minced garlic, vinegar, ketchup, sesame oil, sugar, and honey in a bowl; mix thoroughly.

    Toss the cooked chicken in the sauce.
