    Peel potatoes and grate them.

    Add cornstarch and egg. Mix until tacky but not wet.

    Flatten the potato mixture to 1 cm thickness on a baking sheet and freeze.

    Cut the frozen potato mixture into desired shapes.

    Fry at 350 until golden brown.
