Directions

    Blend fresh fruit until smooth.

    Sprinkle gelatin over lemon juice and stir well, let it sit for 5 minutes.

    Add fruit puree and honey to a small saucepan, heat until the gelatin melts (around 120°F for most fruits, 176°F for pineapple for about 8 minutes).

    Add the gelatin mixture to the fruit puree and stir until dissolved.

    Let the mixture cool slightly.

    Lightly spray silicone molds with cooking spray.

    Fill the molds using a dropper.

    Refrigerate for 90 minutes.

    Remove from molds and place on a wire rack overnight to dry out.
