Directions

    Thinly slice 273 grams of cabbage.

    In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce with 1 tablespoon of light brown sugar.

    Add 0.5 tablespoon of olive oil to a pan.

    Add thinly sliced cabbage, black pepper and salt to the pan.

    Mix the cabbage and add a lid to the pan; let it cook for 5 minutes.

    Cut 4 ounces of chicken thigh into small pieces.

    Check on cabbage, remove the lid, give it a good mix, and let it cook for another 5 minutes with the lid on.

    After 5 minutes, remove the lid and give the cabbage a final mix.

    Spray avocado oil in the pan.

    Add chopped chicken and granulated garlic to the pan.

    After chicken is cooked, reduce heat to low and add the sauce made earlier.

    Mix the chicken and sauce; after one minute, turn off the heat.

    Plate the cabbage and chicken.
