Come Over Chicken
Directions
- 1Mix eggs, parsley, and parmesan in a dish, season with salt and pepper.
- 2Flatten the chicken breast.
- 3Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp of butter in a pan.
- 4Coat chicken in flour, then dip in egg mixture.
- 5Cook chicken for 3 minutes each side.
- 6Flip the chicken and cook for another 3 minutes, then rest on a plate.
- 7Add white wine to the pan and reduce. Add garlic and chicken stock.
- 8Squeeze half a lemon in the pan, add parsley and 1 tbsp of butter.
- 9Return the chicken to the pan and coat it with the sauce.
- 10Serve and enjoy!
