    Get a beautiful crust on the chicken by searing on high heat for a few minutes per side.

    Set chicken aside to rest.

    Add a handful of protein spaghetti noodles to the pan.

    Add around one cup of water and cook on high for 5-8 minutes, or until your noodles are al dente and the water starts to evaporate.

    Add two tablespoons of butter, a nice squeeze of lemon, lemon zest, and freshly grated parmesan cheese.
