    Add a spoon of ginger, garlic, some onions and chilli flakes to a hot pan.

    Dice up your veggies of choice and toss them in and let that sauté for about two minutes.

    Boil your noodles.

    Mix the sauce: dark and light soy sauces, oyster sauce, brown sugar, chilli paste and water.

    Pour the sauce into your veggies.

    Toss in your noodles and enjoy.

  • 2.2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tsp dark soy sauce
  • 2 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp chilli paste
  • 0.2 cup water
  • 2 noodles
