    Grab your blender and weigh out 500 grams or 3 1/2 cups of strawberries into the blender.

    Weigh out four scoops of a strawberry or vanilla based protein powder into the blender.

    Add three quarters of a cup or 222 grams of a sweetener of your choice.

    Come in with one and three quarter cups or 440 grams of egg whites.

    Add one cup or 240 milliliters of fat free milk.

  6. 6.

    Add one tablespoon or 12 grams of vanilla extract.

  7. 7.

    Add a heavy helping of salt to bring the flavor out of it.

    Add red food coloring to make the colors pop.

    Blend it.

    Grab 36 cupcake molds and divide it.

    Freeze them for 24 hours.

    If they are too hard to enjoy, heat them in the microwave for about 7 seconds.
