Crab Rangoon Dip with Wonton Chips

Directions

    In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, mayo, crab meats, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, pepper and green onions.

    Mix well until everything is evenly combined.

    Transfer mixture into a small baking dish. Top with reserved cheese.

    Broil in the oven on low heat for 15-20 mins or until the top is golden.

    Cut wonton wrappers in half diagonally to make triangles.

    In a large saucepan or pot, heat cooking oil on medium high heat to 350F. Fry wonton wrappers for 10-20 seconds on each side until golden and crispy like a chip.

    Strain and set aside.

    Remove from oven.

    Drizzle with sweet chili sauce and top with green onions.

    Serve with wonton chips.

  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup imitation crab
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.2 tsp white or black pepper
  • 3 stalks green onions
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 1 frying oil
