High Protein Creamy Garlic Cheesy Chicken & Potatoes

Directions

    Slice chicken into cubes. Add minced garlic, salt, mixed herbs, smoked paprika, onion powder, chilli flakes, and olive oil. Mix until the color changes.

    Slice potatoes into small cubes. Season with salt, garlic powder, mixed herbs, and paprika. Add optional olive oil. Mix well.

    Oven bake or air fry potatoes for 22-25 minutes at 200°C/400°F until golden and crispy.

    Cook chicken in a pan with light butter on medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and juicy.

    Lower the heat, add milk and garlic and herb cream cheese. Mix until smooth and bring to a bubble.

    Add crispy potatoes to the chicken mixture. Mix until creamy.

    Top with shredded mozzarella and cover to melt the cheese.

  • 160 g Garlic & Herb Cream Cheese
  • 80 g Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1100 g Raw Potatoes
  • 1.5 tsp Garlic Powder
