1Slice chicken into cubes. Add minced garlic, salt, mixed herbs, smoked paprika, onion powder, chilli flakes, and olive oil. Mix until the color changes.
2Slice potatoes into small cubes. Season with salt, garlic powder, mixed herbs, and paprika. Add optional olive oil. Mix well.
3Oven bake or air fry potatoes for 22-25 minutes at 200°C/400°F until golden and crispy.
4Cook chicken in a pan with light butter on medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and juicy.
5Lower the heat, add milk and garlic and herb cream cheese. Mix until smooth and bring to a bubble.
6Add crispy potatoes to the chicken mixture. Mix until creamy.
7Top with shredded mozzarella and cover to melt the cheese.
