Directions

    In a large pot, add olive oil and diced onions. Cook until softened.

    Add 1 pound of Italian sausage and 1 pound of hamburger meat. Brown until no more pink is visible.

    Add Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and minced garlic.

    Drain excess grease.

    Pour in 1 jar of pasta sauce and 5 cups of chicken broth.

    Add 1 cup of heavy whipping cream.

    Break 10 lasagna sheets into bite-sized pieces and add to the pot.

    Cook lasagna sheets according to package instructions.

    Add 1 cup of Italian blend cheese and mix.

    Add more chicken broth if desired for thinner consistency.
