Greek Lemon Chicken with Potatoes

Directions

    Preheat your oven to 180°C (380°F).

    Peel and cut potatoes lengthwise into quarters.

    Wash the potatoes.

    Cut the potatoes into smaller pieces.

    Cut two lemons into slices.

  6. 6.

    Juice two and a half lemons.

    Chop the garlic cloves.

    In a jar, mix olive oil, lemon juice, chopped garlic, Dijon mustard, oregano, salt and pepper.

    Place potatoes in the baking pan, add salt and pepper.

    Add the chicken pieces on top of the potatoes.

    Drizzle the sauce over the chicken and potatoes. Add the remaining sauce from the jar.

    Sprinkle the chicken with black pepper.

    Cover the pan with a lid and bake at 380 Fahrenheit (180 Celsius) for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Remove the lid and bake for an additional 40-45 minutes, basting 3-4 times.
