Blend until smooth.

    In a bowl, add 3/4 cups mayonnaise, 1 cup sour cream, 1 cup buttermilk, 2 tablespoons parsley, 2 tablespoons chives, 2 tablespoons dill, 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of pepper.

    Add the cowboy butter to the bowl and mix thoroughly with a whisk until smooth.
