Directions

    Add 1/2 an onion, carrots and potatoes to a pot.

    Bring it to a boil and cover until soft.

    Add Japanese curry cubes and coconut cream. Simmer for about 10 minutes.

    Tenderize pork slices with the back of your knife.

    Mix 2 eggs, flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a bowl.

    Dip pork in the egg mixture, then in breadcrumbs.

  7. 7.

    Fry the breaded pork.

    Serve the pork over the curry and rice.
