    Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

    In a bowl, mix the chicken with ½ cup of flour, ½ cup of cornstarch, ½ teaspoon of baking soda and ½ cup of ice cold water.

    Fry the chicken until golden brown.

    In a frying pan, melt ½ stick of butter.

    Add 2 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce to the melted butter.
