Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Potato Skillet

Directions

    Cube up two large russet potatoes.

    Add olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to the potatoes, then toss and put into the air fryer at 400 degrees for around 20 minutes.

    Cut up a couple of large chicken breasts into whatever size you desire.

  4. 4.

    Melt down a couple of tablespoons of butter on medium heat in a cast iron skillet.

    Throw the chicken in the pan along with some paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.

    Let that chicken cook down and then add a couple of tablespoons of minced garlic.

    Instead of removing the moisture from the chicken cooking down, leave it and add the garlic parm sauce to give it a creamy consistency.

    Add the potatoes and mix all that up.

    Add some cheese on the top and put this in the oven at 375 until that cheese had a chance to melt.
